ON THE CREATIVE PERSON

We have not been with you for a long time. In the chat logs, I plan to organise the chats in the form of audio video footage in the future, and I plan to ensure that the chats take place periodically. Our chat topic today will be on Creativity. I didn't know whether to call it coincidence or the synchronicity explained by Psychologist Carl G. Jung, but eventually I came across it.

What did I come across?

The new book "The Creativity Code" by Mr Baris Müstecaplıoglu, one of Turkey's famous writers of fantasy novels. I had previously read Mr Baris's "Guide to Achieving Dreams". You will not see the book as a personal development book, on the contrary, you will see it as a work that contains a lot of reality elements and sincerely describes its own transformation. I at least " haaa.... Here ... I have read many pages where I said "I am like that". And I can honestly express that it inspired me.

 In my opinion, his new book "CODE OF CREATIVITY" is a work that many young people, our children, people working in the business world and bureaucracy, and especially educators should definitely read.  

Why?

Although it is closely related to all humanity, I would like to chat by prioritising the people of my own country for now. If we consider all the events before and after the pandemic, I think it would not be wrong to say that the levels of social relations, from bilateral relations to social relations, have gone downhill on the basis of changes that are not positive.

After all, everyone can see the news about how bad it has gotten in the written and visual media. Now, there is not much point in counting these news items one by one because they are not very good and heartwarming. It is even pointless. I find it healthier, at least for the time being, to talk about the consequences of the events other than the aforementioned events.

 In this case, let me give the answer in advance, thinking that the following question will come from you. Doesn't the solution of problems require talking about the reasons, causes and conditions of the events? Of course it does, but at the point we have reached, the results of the current events constitute the reasons and conditions for the events that will take place in the future. 

It is only a reason for preference that the values that make us who we are, that is, the values that are woven with loyalty and loyalty, in which conscience and morality are kneaded as mortar, traditions and customs are so far away and even made to be despised by twisting the nose and twisting the mouth. Yes ... yes, you have not heard wrong. These evils and misdeeds are only the result of a choice. In other words, if you obey someone who oppresses you, if you succumb to his misdeeds, it is not the fault of the oppressor, but your choice to accept it. Or if the person you love is always asking you to prove your love by demanding something from you, it is entirely your choice if you are loved only for material value.

Now you will say that we are taking moral lessons while our subject is creativity. I don't want to leave such an impression.

Let me get to the point quickly. The basic value that our country needs is economic sufficiency. This state of sufficiency should be on the account of all citizens in a completely fair manner, not just on the basis of a few citizens. It will be much faster and easier to produce new and different values for a society that is secure and has no economic worries.

How?

With a freed mind and imagination. Educators, teachers, business people, bureaucrats, bureaucrats, politicians who will explain this to our children and young people with an open heart and mobilise them.... If almost everyone you can think of sets out with this excitement, they will be able to produce and put forward a fair mechanism very easily.

Where will we find people who are loyal and in love with their homeland? They are everywhere, their numbers are not so few. They just don't realise it. They have taken refuge in their own corners, perhaps in seclusion in order not to enter the smokescreen of evil that envelops the whole world, not to be exposed to their diseased minds and germs. But they will never give up.  Goodness is always good. It makes everyone it touches like itself. Those who respond to goodness with evil have in fact taken their share. 

In order to produce new and meaningful values, people who have left their expectations outside the door will trigger the power to re-signify values.  Since the creative citizen has left self-interest and selfishness behind him, every effort to be persecuted by people who are not like him will only give him enthusiasm and peace.  What are the physical and spiritual characteristics of these people?

If you ask how we recognise them when they arrive, my answer will be very clear and meaningful.

First of all, his height resembles my height, his water resembles my water, his temperament resembles my temperament. When he walks, the earth shakes and the world looks in through the window with curiosity.

He's handsome, tall and posed, and his heart burns.  You looked at me funny. You thought I was joking? I would never do that to you. In short, he may have these qualities. The issue is not his physical stance. The basis of his stance is that he does not have any authority, fame, reputation, money or any other evil invitation to replace it. He is fearless but not frightening, strong but not oppressive, thinking but not only of himself. 

He is the only one who can be in a position to falter between his love for his homeland and the person he loves. Because his priority is different. He doesn't neglect, but he knows the basis of his existence. And perhaps the most appropriate sentence to say about him... He loves to explore... He also loves to go exploring...  He is the one who does not enter into the shadow of someone else, who is not exposed to those frosty nights when those who have entered the shadow of someone else freeze from the cold, who offers his existence in gratitude to God, the only merciful and gracious, who is infinitely aware of the fact that whatever he does, he is unable to repay His infinite blessings.

He knows that every work he creates is proof of God's existence.  For this reason, it is the one who sets out not to say something that does not exist, but to produce a set of values that will serve its people and all humanity.

Dear friends

 If we want to look at tomorrow with hope, it is necessary to separate the creative people from the group that makes sense of violence in a reckless manner, expressing their love for the country, and accusing them of traces. Creative people don't say what about me. On the contrary, he goes after you.  Irresponsibility is irresponsibility to him. He doesn't pretend. They either exist or they don't.  Don't be fooled... These creative people don't have to be a famous actor, a politician, a rich business person or a bureaucrat in a position of authority.

Anyone who has dreams and wants to realise them without living an ordinary life is entitled to this glorious title.

 I greet you all as individuals who are worthy of the title of creative human being.

YARATICI İNSAN ÜZERİNE

Uzun bir süredir sizlerle birlikte değiliz. Sohbet günlüklerinde ilerleyen dönemde sohbetleri sesli video görüntüsü şeklinde düzenlemeyi planladığım gibi sohbetlerin periyodik aralıkla gerçekleşmesini sağlamayı düşünüyorum.  Bugün ki sohbet konumuz, Yaratıcılık üzerine olacaktır. Tesadüf mi diyeyim yoksa Psikolog Carl G. Jung tarafından izah edilen eş zamanlılık mı diyeyim bilemedim ama nihayetinde karşıma çıktı.

Nedir karşıma çıkan?

Türkiye’nin ünlü fantaztik roman yazarlarından Sayın Barış Müstecaplıoğlu’nun yeni kitabı olan “Yaratıcılık Kodu” adlı eseri.

Barış bey’in daha önce de “Hayallere Ulaşma Rehberi” adlı eserini okumuştum. Kitabı bir kişisel gelişim kitabı olarak görmemenizi aksine içinde gerçeklik öğelerini fazlasıyla barındıran ve kendi dönüşümünü içtenlikle anlatan bir eser olarak göreceksiniz. Ben en azından “ haaa…. İşte ...ben de böyleyim” dediğim okuduğum çok sayfa oldu. Ve bana ilham verdiğini açık yüreklilikle ifade edebilirim.

Velhasıl yeni kitabı “YARATICILIK KODU” bana kalırsa birçok gencin, çocuklarımızın, iş dünyasında ve bürokrasi de çalışan kişilerin ve özellikle eğitmenlerin muhakkak okuması gereken bir eser. 

Neden?

Tüm insanlığı yakından ilgilendirse de ben şimdilik kendi ülkemin insanlarımı öncelikli tutarak sohbet etmek istiyorum. Pandemi öncesi ve sonrası tüm yaşananları ele alırsak, ikili ilişkilerden tutun da toplumsal ilişki düzeylerinin olumlu olmayan değişimler temelinde yokuş aşağı indiğini söylemek, pek de yanlış olmayacaktır diye düşünüyorum. Nihayetinde, yazılı ve görsel basında bunun ne kadar kötüye gittiğine dair haberleri pekâlâ herkes yakından görüyor. Şimdi bu haberleri sizlere tek tek saymamın pek de iyi ve iç açıcı tarafı olmamasında ötürü pek anlamı yok. Hatta anlamsız.

Bahsi geçen yaşanmış olayların dışında sonuçları üzerinden konuşmayı en azından şimdilik daha sağlıklı buluyorum. Bu durumda sizlerden şu sorunun geleceğini düşünerek cevabı şimdiden vereyim.

Sorunların çözümü olayların gerekçelerini, neden ve koşullarını konuşmak icap etmez mi?

Etmesine eder elbette, ama geldiğimiz nokta da şu anki olayların sonuçları, bundan sonra olacak olayların da gerekçesi ve koşullarını oluşturuyor.  Bizi biz yapan değerlerin, yani vefa ve sadakat ile örülmüş, içinde vicdan ve ahlakın harç olarak yoğrulduğu, gelenek ve göreneklerin bu kadar ötelendiği ve hatta burun bükerek, ağız yamultarak hor görünecek hale getirilmesi ancak bir tercih sebebidir.

Evet ...evet yanlış duymadınız. Bu kötülükler ve fenalıklar sadece bir tercihin eseridir. Yani sizi ezen birine itaat etmeniz, onun fenalıklarına boğun eğmeniz, bunu yapanın kabahati değil, sizin bunu kabul etmeyi tercih etmenizdendir. Veya sevdiğiniz kişinin sizden sürekli bir şey isteyerek aşkınızı kanıtlamanızı istemesi durumunda, sadece maddi bir değer için seviliyor olmanız tamamen sizin tercihinizdir.

Şimdi konumuz yaratıcılık iken ahlak dersimi alıyoruz diyeceksiniz. Aman öyle bir intiba bırakmak istemem. Hemen konuya hızlıca gireyim.

Ülkemizin temel ihtiyaç duyduğu değer, ekonomik yeterlilik halidir. Bu yeterlilik hali gelinen süreçte salt birkaç yurttaşın temelinde değil, tamamen adil bir şekilde tüm yurttaşların hesabında olmalıdır.

Güvenli ve ekonomik kaygısı olamayan bir toplum için yeni ve farklı değerler üretmek pekâlâ çok daha hızlı ve kolay gerçekleşecektir. Nasıl mı?

Özgür bırakılmış bir zihin ve hayal gücüyle…

Öyle ki, bunu da çocuklarımıza, gençlerimize açık yüreklilikle izah edecek, onları hareketlendirecek eğitmenler, öğretmenler, iş insanları, bürokratlar, siyasiler…. Aklınıza gelecek hemen herkes bu heyecanla yola çıkarsa, üretecek, adil bir mekanizmayı çok rahat ortaya koyabilecektir.

Vefakâr, memleketine aşık insanları nereden bulacağız?

Onlar her yerde, sayıları öyle çok az değil. Sadece farkında değiller. Kendi köşelerine sığınmış, belki de tüm dünyayı saran fenalık sis perdesine girmemek, hastalıklı zihinlerine ve mikroplarına maruz kalmamak için inzivaya çekildiler. Ama asla pes etmeyecekler.  İyilik her zaman iyidir. Dokunan herkesi kendisi gibi yapar. İyiliğe kötülükle cevap veren de aslında kendi nasibini almıştır.

Yeni ve anlamlı değerler üretmek için, beklentilerini kapının dışında bırakmış kişiler, değerleri tekrar anlamlandıracak gücü tetikleyecektir.  Yaratıcı yurttaş, menfaat ve bencilliği ardı sıra bıraktığı için ona benzemeyen kişilerce zulüm gelecek her çaba ona sadece şevk ve huzur verecektir.

Peki bu kişilerin fiziksel ve ruhsal özellikleri nasıldır? Biz onları geldiklerinde nereden tanırız diye sorarsanız, cevabım çok net ve anlamlı olacaktır.

Öncelikle, boyu boyuma, suyu suyuma, huyu huyuma benzer. Yürüdü mü yer sallanır da alemi cihan merakla pencereden içeri bakar. Yakışıklı, boylu pozlu, bir bakar ki yürek yanar.

Bir tuhaf baktınız bana. Dalga geçiyor diye?

Oysa asla bunu sizlere yapmam. Velhasıl , bu özelliklere de sahip olabilir.

Mesele onun fiziki duruşu değildir. Onu duruşunun temeli hiçbir makam, şöhret, nam, para veya onu yerine geçecek ne kadar şeytani davet varsa hiçbirine sahip olmamasıdır. Korkusuz ama korkutan değil, güçlü ama ezen değil, düşünen ama sadece kendini değil.  O sadece memleketine aşkı ile sevdiği insan arasında bocalayabilecek durumda olabilen kişidir. Çünkü önceliği başkadır. İhmal etmez ama varlığının temelini bilir.

Ve belki de onun için söylenecek en yakışır cümle…

Keşfetmeyi çok sever… Keşfe çıkmayı da…

Birinin gölgesine girmeden, gölgesine girmişlerin soğuktan donduğu o ayaz gecelere muhatap olmayan, varlığını bir tek rahman ve rahim olan Tanrı’ya şükranlarını sunan, her ne yaparsa yapsın onun sonsuz nimetinin karşılığını ödemeyecek durumda olduğunun sonsuz farkında olandır.

Yarattığı her eserin, Tanrı’nın varlığının kanıtı olduğunu bilir.  Bu nedenle olmayan bir şey söylemek adına değil, insanlarına ve tüm insanlığa hizmet edecek değerler manzumesi üretmesi adına yola çıkandır.

Kıymetli arkadaşlar,

Yarına umutla bakmak istiyorsak, şiddeti fütursuzca anlamlandıran, memlekete aşkını ifade ederken yaratıcı insanı- onu izimlerle suçlayan güruhtan ayrı gayrı tutmak gerekiyor.

Yaratıcı insanlar, bana ne demez. Aksine peşine düşer.  Sorumsuzluk ona göre sorumsuzluktur. Mış gibi yapmaz. Ya vardır ya da yoktur.

Sakın aldanmayın… Bu yaratıcı kişiler, ne ünlü bir oyuncu, ne de bir siyasetçi, ne de zengin bir  iş insanı ve ya makam sahibi bürokratı olmak zorunda değil.

Sıradan hayatı sıradan yaşamadan hayalleri ve onu gerçekleştirmek isteyen herkes bu şanlı sıfata haizdir.
